1. Delivery Options:

• Delivery to your business or chosen location: Your order can be shipped directly to the specified address, whether it is your workplace or any other location of your choice. Delivery times and fees vary based on your location and the destination country. When you confirm your order, you will receive an accurate estimate of the delivery time and associated costs, calculated according to the rates of our logistics partners. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to follow its progress in real-time.
• Pickup at the warehouse: If you prefer to pick up your order directly, we offer a free pickup option at our warehouse. After confirming your order, you will receive a notification when it is ready for pickup. Please arrive during the indicated opening hours, bringing your ID and order number.

2. Return Policy:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If not, you have a period of 14 days from the receipt of your order (or its pickup at the warehouse) to return it to us, provided that the items are in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Return from a delivery: For delivered orders, contact our customer service to obtain a return label (if applicable) or arrange for shipping at your expense to our return address. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part or a defective product.
• Return after pickup at the warehouse: If you retrieved your order directly, you just need to bring it back to the warehouse within the time limit. No additional fees will be applied for this type of return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process the refund or exchange according to your preference, within a maximum of 10 working days.
